Options |

The Options
page is reached by clicking Options
or
on the Navigation bar. From this page you can reach five different
areas of WorldClient Pro:
Personalize
The Personalize
page is used for customizing the appearance and operation of some of
your account settings and functions. The Personalize page makes it
possible for you to change:
Password
Language in which you want your pages to be displayed.
The WorldClient Pro Theme that you wish to use for your email client.
The Style that you want to be used when displaying your WorldClient Pro pages (i.e. varying schemes of fonts, colors, text sizes, etc.).
Method by which you wish to sort your messages (e.g. by descending date, by subject, by size, etc.).
How you want messages to be displayed (HTML or Plain Text).
How you want a sender's name to be displayed - name, email address, or both.
How often you want your Message Listing to be refreshed.
Whether or not inline attachments should be included in the attachment list.
Whether or not your Trash folder should be emptied when you log out.
Whether or not addresses to which you Reply should be automatically added to your Address Book.
Whether or not to save a copy of you outgoing messages in you Sent folder.
Spell Checker dictionary and settings.
The height and width of your Message Composition text box.
Mailboxes
WorldClient Pro
can be set to collect mail from any number of additional POP
mailboxes to which you have access. For example, you may have
separate email accounts for home and work but wish to collect mail
from both at once. The Mailboxes area is used for editing and adding
those POP mailboxes from which you wish to collect email messages.
For each mailbox entry you will specify:
A descriptive name for referring to the entry.
The name that you want to be displayed in the From: header of messages that you send from this Mailbox account.
Email address that you want to be displayed in the From: header of message that you send from this Mailbox account.
The POP server from which you wish to collect messages.
The User Name/Login ID used for your account on the POP server.
The Password of your account on the POP server.
The port on which your mail should be collected (usually the default 110).
When to delete messages on the POP server.
Whether or not checking for new messages is enabled/disabled.
Whether or not this is your default Mailbox account.
The row color of Message Listing entries collected from this POP server.
The signature that you wish to be automatically appended to messages that you send from this account.
Filters
By
using Filters
you can set rules to be applied to incoming messages. Filters
can be used to automatically distribute messages to specific folders
and/or prevent unwanted mail (spam).
Folders
This
page is used for Creating, Renaming, and Deleting mail folders.
These folders can be used for organizing and storing your mail. You
can automatically route mail to specific folders by using Filters.
Address
Book
Used
for storing important or frequently used names and email addresses.
These addresses
can be inserted into your message by using the Address
Lookup feature.
